Many of our guests comment on how relaxing and peaceful Godney Post House is and what a great nights sleep they get as it is so quiet. The house is set within a small village surrounded by open countryside. A walk along the river takes you to the local pub, The Sheppey. A quick trip in the car takes you to Glastonbury or Wells where you can enjoy plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Overall rating: 4.9 out of 5
Godney is comfortable, peaceful, charming; Martyn and Kay welcoming and attentive( making sure the central heating stayed on for our late arrival back from concert) We had tea and cakes in the summer house on arrival; beautiful views overlooking the stream and across the levels . We wish there was a b&B like this everywhere.
